Dear CS & OS CoP members,
As part of the consultation process for the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science, regional consultations have/will take(n) place.
The upcoming UNESCO OS Consultation for Latin-American and Caribbean States (online) is due to take place on 23 September (exact time not yet available).
UNESCO is looking for a representative Citizen Science expert from that region to be invited as panellist to this meeting.
You can base your contribution on the CS & OS short paper this CoP has produced. Also, you can re-use/build on the slide set that I presented during the earlier UNESCO Regional Consultation on Open Science for Western Europe and North America.
If you are a CS expert from the Latin-American and Caribbean States region and you can make yourself available to participate in this online consultation on behalf of the CoP, kindly let us know by Friday, 4 September, 5pm CEST , so that we can advise UNESCO accordingly.
Kind regards,
Uta Wehn
